Our clients and followers may recall that earlier this year we secured consent for a 7,000sq ft home on the prestigious Dukes Wood Drive estate, in Gerrards Cross.

We revisited planning with an amended scheme to enlarge the approved scheme. Following local objection and member call-in, we were able to secure planning at committee with 5 votes to 4. The scheme had the added benefit of officer’s recommendation for approval to be granted.
