Consilio Town Planning has secured full planning permission at Committee for extensions to an existing dwelling in Ickenham, Uxbridge.

The application was prepared and submitted by Consilio Town Planning and was supported by the planning officer. As a result of an objection from a local resident and Councillor who raised concerns over the appearance of the extensions, Consilio were asked to represent the applicant and the case at Planning Committee and speak on his behalf.

Our Town Planner was able to demonstrate to members that due to the levels between the site as well as the distances between the dwellings, there would be no adverse harm to the neighbouring owners.

Committee Members unanimously resolved to conditionally grant planning permission on the 4^th December 2018.
