03 Mar Planning achieved in Wraysbury
Consilio Town Planning has secured planning permission, on behalf of an existing client, for the reconstruction of a new roof and single storey extensions to a property in Wraysbury.
The site comprises a modest dwelling with limited roof space for conversion. The decision was taken to prepare drawings to reconstruct the roof thereby achieving space for the additional habitable rooms and en-suites that the clients required.
Whilst the site was heavily constrained due to be located in the Green Belt and Flood Risk Zone 3, our planning team were able to demonstrate that the proposed changes would harmonise with the established character of the area. The Local Planning Authority also accepted that the proposals would not adversely impact the risk of flooding in the area as it complied with their Local Plan policies.
Another great result for the Consilio Town Planning and Design team who worked in collaboration to ensure planning was achieved. Our design team are now instructed to prepare working details for construction and works are expected to commence in the coming months.
