Consilio have successfully secured planning permission for a carriage driveway to a dwelling in Iver. The property originally benefitted from a single vehicular access but with the additional pressure of on-street parking in this suburban location, our client required an reconfigured access/layout.

Working closely with the Council’s tree officer we were able to demonstrate that the proposed access would not impact the health of a mature Oak tree within close proximity of the new access. The County Highways team raised no concerns with the submitted plans demonstrating the visibility splays required to satisfy their policies.

The application was decided by the Council under delegated powers and our client is now liaising with the County Highways department to carry out the works.
