We work closely and co-ordinate the works with other consultants such as Structural Engineers and Energy Assessors (SAP) as required ensuring these matters are incorporated into the detailed construction plans and specifications.
At Consilio, we keep up to date with new building regulations and by doing so we ensure that the initial design proposals account for all construction matters. Our team are committed to providing the most up to date construction advice and at Consilio we invest in our education and learning through CPD seminars and those held by Council Building Control teams.
We can also assist in the preparation for Build Over agreements with Thames Water which are typically required to carry out works over or near a public sewer.
Our Building Regulation specialists liaise with the Local Authority or Approved Inspector, on our client’s behalf. This ensures that contractors have the most accurate and robust information which results in a successful outcome for our clients on site.
