Works have now begun for this exclusive development of 6 homes within the beautiful setting of Coulsdon, South London.

Consilio were instructed by the landowner, Leia Homes Ltd, to assist in the discharge of planning conditions and planning obligations.

Working closely with our external consultants on tree, landscaping and ecological matters we were able to prepare a formal submission of 15 conditions within 6 weeks of instruction. The conditions were approved within a timely manner by the Local Planning Authority, for which we are grateful given these trying times for the construction industry during Covid 19 lockdown.

We have recently received images from the developer of works having commenced on site and we are excited to see the end result. We hope to make a trip to site in the near future!
