We have successfully achieved planning permission for the enhancement of a planning scheme for a replacement dwelling within the prestigious area of Kenilworth, Coventry.

Consilio Town Planning were approached by the applicant having been delivered a consent by another practice that had a number of design issues. The team worked closely with the landowners and site manager to address these issues within the re-submission of the scheme. The proposal was greeted with positive feedback from Officers who commended the scheme. The Conservation officer specifically highlighted the design changes as being ‘better proportioned’ to the rest of the house then the previous proposal.

Another feather in the cap of our team given the particular design of this dwelling. We are now undertaking the preparation of a discharge of conditions application with works due to commence in August 2019.
