Our Planning Director has over 15 years of direct Green Belt experience dealing with residential extensions within the Green Belt, as well as more sensitive matters relating to change of use and curtilage.

We have recently secured planning permissions for extensions to this dwelling, beyond the floorspace the Council would typically support in relation to their Local Plan policies. We were able to achieve this by demonstrating other material considerations existed which would be more harmful to the Green Belt setting then that which was sought.
