We’re pleased to have secured planning permission for our clients in Farnham Common. Planning permission was granted by Buckinghamshire Council for this 4500 sq.ft home with no amendments requested by the Council and the planning officer favourably commenting on the design.

Following this, we assisted our clients with discharging planning conditions and CIL matters.

We are now working with Chaucer Homes in providing detailed drawings and internal specifications on behalf of our client. Works have started on site and we hope to have this project completed by the spring of 2022.
