22 Apr New Residential dwelling in Hayes Town Approved
Consilio Planning Ltd. has successfully secured full planning permission under delegated powers for an additional residential dwelling in the form of a 2-bedroom flat. Given its location and various objections from this required significant negotiation with the Case Officer and minor alterations to deliver a scheme which was considered attractive to the landowner and the planning officer.
Through our negotiations, working with our design team we were able to deliver a scheme that was larger in usable floorspace which in turn enhanced the viability of the site to the landowner.
The scheme represents the third dwelling we have achieved within the site over the past 6 months on behalf of the landowner.
