Planning Permission Granted for Two New Homes in Langley

Planning Permission Granted for Two New Homes in Langley

We’re pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for the re-development of a site to a pair of semi-detached properties.

The existing site currently comprises a detached bungalow set within a good sized plot. The site was constrained owing to all of its boundaries being close to other residential developments. Consilio were able to demonstrate through detailed planning drawings which included street scene comparatives that the dwellings would satisfactorily harmonise with the character of the area.

The submission was made to the Local Planning Authority two weeks before the Government lockdown. Owing to the nature of the design, no changes were requested by the planning officer and the decision notice was issued without delay.

In addition to the detailed elevations, landscaping and material plans were submitted to avoid further pre-commencement conditions. This meant that our client could now instruct a practice to undertake detailed working drawings to commence works on site, without delay.
