Our client reached out to us having recently purchased a property within a lovely private road. The dwelling was set within close proximity to a mature woodland and our client wanted to modernise the existing bungalow which had been within the same ownership for over 35 years. Having regard to the number of recent roof extensions in the area our design team pieced together a scheme that achieved the clients desired internal space, as well as satisfying the Council’s planning team. The planning officer raised no concerns with the scheme and planning permission was granted without delay. Another success for the team which enhances our presence in the Wycombe area.
