Consilio take immense pride in announcing we have today secured planning permission for multiple extensions/alterations to a single-family unit in the exclusive Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamsire.

We were instructed to assist in enhancing and modernising the existing dwelling to accommodate our clients growing family. Our design team prepared plans in line with the client’s requirements providing nearly 7500 sq. ft of accommodation over 3 floors.

Having faced challenges in the form of neighbour objections, our planning team were able to demonstrate there would be no adverse impact on adjoining properties through robust and carefully prepared supporting reports. The application had the full support of planning officer’s and planning was approved within the statutory 8-week deadline.
